Section 196
Power to make rules
(1) For the implementation of this code, the Government of Nepal and the Supreme Court may make rules regarding the work, duties and rights of the public prosecutor and the Supreme Court after consulting the Attorney General.
(2) When making rules according to sub-section (1), the Council of Justice shall be consulted on matters related to the administration of justice.
